Windows and doors are covered by a limited warranty guaranteeing they will remain free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for 10 years from the purchase date.

Andersen has received the FSC® chain-of-custody certification, which is awarded to companies that meet FSC® standards for traceability in their wood supply chain. Before a product can carry an FSC® label (SCS-COC-01337), all stages of the production, distribution and sale of the product must be independently evaluated.

Megrame is committed to the use of raw materials from sustainable sources, maximising the use of recycled materials, and minimising the use of energy from non-renewable sources. Our timber comes from sustainable forests, from FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) accredited suppliers.
