Refreshing A Family Home With Premium Replacement Windows
This traditional period-style home originally featured uPVC style sliding sash windows. The homeowner wanted to refresh the historic look of the home with authentic timber sliding sash windows for the front facade. Contemporary aluminium clad wood windows and doors were installed to the rear of the home as part of a new extension.
Traditional Georgian-Style Sliding Sash Windows
Signature supplied and installed traditional timber sash windows that replicate the configuration, scale, proportion, profile, and appearance of the original historic Georgian windows.
These premium sash windows feature state-of-the-art energy performance features such as modern double glazing (with low e coating and argon gas) and triple sealing weather system for excellent air-tightness.
Focusing On The Fine Details
Signature’s Traditional Sliding Sash Windows consist of luxury joinery detailing to complement your interior decor. The flat finish joints provide a premium finish and avoid unsightly v-joints along with bespoke sash horn designs to the exterior.
The laminated timber interiors were painted pure white (RAL 9010) at the factory and have consistent, matching interior profiles despite being from different product ranges.

A modern extension was added to the rear of the home with an open-floor space. A large uninterrupted Aluminium Clad Wood Lift & Slide Patio door provided a seamless connection to the exterior garden and the perfect balance of indoor-outdoor living.
