It all started with the client’s past experience living in France. After returning to Ireland she was in love with the idea of bringing the French style with her. The client bought a plot of land near the village of Delgany, Co. Wicklow and began the plans for her newbuild.

In order to carry out her vision, the homeowner decided to install aluminium clad windows for the low maintenance benefit but found it hard to source them given the height of her units at 2650mm. This required a unique tailor-made solution and close co-ordination with her, the architect and our team. Signature’s Contemporary Tilt & Turn Style Windows were deemed to be the perfect solution for the client in terms of a French design and spec.
Signature’s in-house architectural department worked closely with the client to achieve the particular profile on her door. Another challenge was getting the interior and glazing bar design right for them. It involved the same profiled bead on the interior and exterior, which we were able to get through a customized joinery.
