This stunning modern rear extension in Swords, Co. Dublin demanded a full turn-key window and door package. Built to an exceptionally high standard, this extension consists of a spacious open interior and luxurious décor along with oversized floor to ceiling glazing.
These two sliding patio doors were placed close together to create a wall of glass to allow an abundance of natural light to flood the interior while providing a functional entrance to the rear garden. The slim minimalistic fit and finish of the Signature Lift & Slide Patio Door melded beautifully and seamlessly with the interior details.
Pushing Industry Standards With Larger Window & Door Designs
Signature worked closely with the client to meet their project requirements. The Lift & Slide Patio Doors were designed to a unique dramatic height of 2740mm, which Signature was the only company able to accommodate. Signature achieved this dramatic height without sacrificing performance or using a thicker frame profile.
To minimise heat loss, it was necessary to use large expanses of triple glazing with all the units. The low E coating and argon gas help maintain heat and comfort within the home.
Signature’s in-house architectural department worked closely with the architect and contractor to achieve a flush threshold finish.
