Position Objective:  To provide technical support, quotes, drawings, and orders for our customer base.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities •  Assist Sales personnel in preparing the correct information necessary to accurately quote potential projects. • Provide paperwork to process orders promptly and accurately. •Work with Customer Service to coordinate ordering and paperwork for replacement parts and service on projects. • Prepare estimates as necessary • Prepare accurate and complete AutoCAD drawings and details. Complete drawings with standard elevations, schedules and details.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Working knowledge of the construction industry • Solid computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, AutoCAD

Education/Experience:

• AutoCAD experience and one to two years construction educational experience.
